Make up games - Field Reservations Sheet

On occasion, a CCYS team may need to reschedule a game.  This section assumes the coach is rescheduling a Travel game and that the coach knows how to reschedule at game (click here to go to the Coach Start Here section) and is looking for a field to hold the make-up game. We maintain a list of fields that are used for make-up games.  Follow the directions below to request a makeup field time slot. 

To request a Concord field:

1.  Review the Field Reservation Sheet to find an open slot

2.  Request one or two dates, fields and times by emailing (preferred method) our Field Reservations Coordinator, Tony Cunha or by calling him (before 9:00 p.m. at 339-223-6010

3.  Tony will email you back to confirm/deny the

4,  Once field is confirmed don't forget to email the Referee Coordinator to request a referee.

To Request a Carlisle Field (Banta Davis)

1.  Email the Referee Coordinator, she maintains a listing of open slots at this field.

2.  She will confirm/deny your request

3. If confirming, she will also attempt to assign a referee to the game

Concord

  • CCHS Turf Fields*, Emerson Oval and Cushing field, email Al Antonitis
  • Concord School fields including, Alcott, Cushing and Sanborn  contact Nancy DiRomualdo
  • Concord "other" fields including Cousins, Rideout, Ripley contact Nancy DiRomualdo 

 

Carlisle

*Rules of Use for CCHS Turf Field - Please ahere to all rules to keep our new fields new!  

  • Water only - Absolutely no food or drink permitted on the fields or in the fenced area at any time, no exceptions
  • No gum, tobacco products, sunflower seeds, power drinks or juices
  • No glass containers
  • No dogs or other animals allowed anywhere on premises
  • No metal spikes or screw in cleats allowed - only sneakers or molded plastic cleats
  • No sharp objects such as tent stakes or corner markers
  • No chairs permitted on the playing surface

  • No bicycles, rollerblades or motorized vehicles permitted on the playing surface

 

Permission to Use Fields


Play on fields in the spring begins sometime around April 1 or as granted by Concord and Carlisle Recreation Departments to CCYS.  Field opening dates are usually set in March are posted on the Field Status page of our website.  Permission for field use is by permit only.  All fields except the turfs fields close at dusk each day.

Persons outside the CCYS organization wishing to use CCYS permitted fields, should obtain permission before use.  Please email us at info@ccysoccer.org stating your organization and the date, time and reason for your use.  We will forward to the appropriate group within CCYS for action.
