Welcome to our Registration page. We hope by now you have had a chance to learn more about the what CCYS has to offer. Listed below is a brief synopsis of each program and costs. Or if you have not reviewed our site, click here to go to the Programs Overview page.

Highlights of current season information

In-Town

Spring 2010 details (Updated 3-1-10)

  • Serves players Pre-K, age 5 by September 1, 2010 to Grade 6.
  • Games are played on Saturdays from May 1 to June 12 for the Pre-K to Gr. 4 and April 10 to June 12 for Grades 5 and 6.  Playtime schedules will be posted to our website by early March.  We coordinate with other sports to try to avoid game-time conflicts.
  • Generally requires one practice (for K through Gr. 6) and one game per week.  Practices are set up by coaches just prior to the season opening.
  • Spring 2010 Registration is open through March 9. Volunteers run the program.  Please volunteer!
  • Fees are $115. Shirts are $20
  • Waitlist opens on March 10. All late registrants are placed on waitlists. Waitlisted players will only be contacted if placed and immediate checkout (payment) is required, A $25 late fee may apply.

Travel

  • For Spring 2010 serves players U9 to U18
  • Season runs April 10 to June 12 with games on holiday weekends
  • Requires a commitment of two practices per week and one game.
  • Fees are $165 and for players registering for spring that did not participate in our Fall09 program, will receive a complimentary newly styled shirt that is maroon and black. The Addidas shorts from past seasons can be worn. Socks are now black. Shirts are $25, shorts are $20 and socks are $5.
  • Late registering players will incur a $50 late fee and placement is not guaranteed.
  • Registration for U9 to U14 Spring 2010 registration runs October 19 to November 29.
  • Registration for U16 and U18 takes place through March 8.
  • Late registrants should contact their age director from our Contact Us section of our website to see if there is room for your player.

Winter

  • Serves players U9 to U14 (see age groups by clicking on Winter Program Info page).
  • Winter 2010 runs from November 9 to March March 8 and includes two sessions:
    • Session I, November 9 through December 16. Fees are $50
    • Session II, January 11 through March 10.  Fees are $70
  • Play is at the Sanborn Middle School gym in Concord
  • Boys generally play on Mondays
  • Girls generally play on Wednesdays
  • Winter 2010 Session II registration is now open
  • Winter 2010 sessions details can be found on the Winter Program page.
  • If school or after school activities are cancelled (i.e. weather), CCYS will follow the Concord Public Schools' closing policy.

Refunds, if granted include a $25 non-refundable administrative fee.
