Welcome to our Registration page.  Here you can access information about our programs current season's registration or go directly to registration login through AdminSports, our registration provider.  New players and families should set up an account by clicking on the Registraiton Login.  Returning families, can easily update their account information (except for a players date for birth) from Registration login as well.

Travel

As a member of the Boston Area Youth Soccer League (BAYS), CCYS offers a competative travel team program. This program is skill based, and as appropriate there are evaluations for team placement.

In-Town

CCYS also offers an recreational in-town program.

Travel - Fall 2011

  • Eligibility:  For players under nine (U9) to under 14 (U14). Click here to see updated age groups for the 2011-2012 playing year.
  • Travel Evaluations Any player registering for our Travel program this fall or next spring should attend the evaluations sessions the first week of June. Attendance is by age the player will be for the fall season as noted in the Travel Evaluation Schedule
  • Season dates: September 10 through November 12, 2011 with games played on holiday weekends.
  • Practices: are set up by coaches just before the season opens.  Coaches will be contacting players two-three weeks prior to the season opening.
  • Commitment requires a commitment of two practices per week and one game.
  • On-Time Registration runs May 9 to June 15.
  • Registration fees are $165 and include a $25 non-refundable administrative fee and a $35 field fee.  Credit and Debit card preferred; full payment must be received for team placement. 
  • Late Registrations will incur a $50 late fee, will be placed on a waitlist and placement is not guaranteed.  Late inquiries should contact the appropriate Travel Age Director from the list on the Contact Us page to see if there is room for your player.
  • Uniforms- all travel players must wear matching uniforms including a CCYS jersey, Addidas Squadra black shorts with white side stripes, black socks.  Jerseys may be purchased during registration for $25.  Shorts and socks may be purchased locally from Brines in Concord and Soccer Stuff in Acton.

In-Town - Fall 2011

  • Eligibility: Pre-K, (age 5 by September 1, 2012) to Grade 6
  • Season Dates:  (includes holiday weekend play)
    • Pre-K to Grade 6 September 17 to November 5, 2011
    • Grades 5 and 6 (these grades play together) - September 10 to November 12, 2011
  • Practices are usually once per week for Kindergarten to Grade 6 and are set up just prior to the season opening in early September.  Coaches will notify players of their teams about two weeks before the season opens.
  • Schedule - Fall 2011 Proposed Playtime Schedule
  • Commitment - generally requires one practice per week for Kindergarten to grade 6 and one game per week.  Pre-K meets on Saturdays only.  Practices are set up by coaches just prior to the season opening.
  • On-Time registration: May 9 to August 4, 2011.
  • Volunteering: Volunteers run the program; over 150 are needed each season.  Please volunteer when registering your child.
  • Registration fees are $125 and include a $25 non-refundable administrative fee and a $35 field fee.  Credit and Debit card preferred; full payment must be received for team placement. 
  • Late Registrations (after August 4):
    • Will be automatically added to the Waitlist, team placement is not guaranteed.
    • Families may contact their age director from our Contact Us page section of our website to see if there is room for your player.
    • Waitlisted players will be contacted to finish registration only if placed on a team and then immediate checkout within 24 hours is required. No player may participate in a CCYS without payment. 
  • Uniform:
    • Jersey CCYS supplies the maroon and white reversible jersey worn season-to-season and can be ordered during the registration process for $25.  Jerseys will be distributed during the first meeting of the team just prior to the season opening.
    • Shine guards are required. 
    • Black shorts and socks are suggested.  Clothing other than the CCYS jersey may be purchased locally at Brines in Concord and Soccer Stuff in Acton. Play It Again Sports in Chelmsford offers used equipment such as shin guards and cleats.
